Incoming Students Robotics Camp

Summary:

- Introduction to the St. Agnes Academy and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory Robotics Team, Spectrum.
- Spectrum competes in the FIRST Robotics Competition, the highest level of competitive high school robotics.
- Learn the engineering skills involved in building a robot for high school competitions.
- Learn to use advanced tools including 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC routers to create parts and mechanisms you will help design.
- Introduction to engineering disciplines such as mechanical engineering, software engineering, and electrical engineering.
- Guest speakers from a variety of engineering and STEM fields.
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Programming, Machining, Computer Vision, and more.
- Lead Instructor: Spectrum’s Head Coach Allen Gregory has over 23 years of educational robotics experience.

Application
Applications are open to St. Agnes Academy and Strake Jesuit 9th or 10th grade students in the 2025-26 school year. Preference will be given to incoming 9th-grade students and students not already involved in the engineering team. Click here to apply.
